Here's a nice example from Gandaldf, creator of the the b3d exporter for blender.

This zip includes the b3d file with its textures+lightmaps and a small b3d executable showing the level created, textured an dlightmapped in blender and exported as .b3d. Grab it here:

wow! I just ran into some great news! Giles has gone freeware! Giles is one of the most incredible Lightmappers available and exports seamlessly as b3d!
From Giles website:

well i only posted an onrpgs forums which have a development section, but since its a gamer community its mostly people with unrealistic dreams about creating there own mmo, so i am afraid that only a few people would actually take the time to learn C++ and start doing something about it... most of them gives up, when the realise it cant be done within hours -.-'
also posted on another forum, but i forgot which one it was (i visit a lot of forums )
anyway, see your doing a great job on this thing

I've added the requested support for lightmaps and B3D format (you can download it in the latest SDK)
