RE: How to use shader?
Thanks for the clarification Esenthel - greatly appreciated :-)
Maybe you could add the following mention in the " Source" section which might make things clearer to newcomers:
Quote:All source items in this section are valid and useable with all license types including non commercial.
In the " Shader Headers" description, maybe a mention also could be added:
Quote:This option will allow you to create/use your custom shaders via code only.
Should you require to have these also working in the editor, please purchase the "Editor Tool" option.
(with latter statement as a link).
Vice-versa, in the " Editor Tool" description, maybe add to the mention " - Use custom shaders in the editor" a link to the " Shader Headers" section telling users:
Quote:Please note that you will need to buy the "Shader Headers" option etc... to be able to create and use your custom shaders in the editor.
Well this is only ideas, not trying to tell you what to do or not - I only know that I tripped on these terms and although I like to think I am unique - I know I am not and others will likely trip too :-)
Use them or bin them - I'll be happy either way :-)
