RE: Esenthel Editor 2.0
(02-17-2013 09:50 AM)Esenthel Wrote: Hi,
Just copying the project or whole projects folder should be fine, as long as you're copying from beta (alpha did not allow for opening projects in newer versions of the editor)
Could you describe at which moment exactly does the crash occur?
If possible could you send me the archived project folder to email? I'd check it quickly
Thanks for your prompt response as usual.
I found out my problem.. When first building a new project that you import into a new version there is a very long "freeze" maybe 2min freeze .. I assume it is doing a lot of stuff to get ready for the first build. I always assumed it had crashed and when I re-opened it I had stuffed something up.. This time I decided to just wait in hope the freeze would end. It did and it worked.
Sorry for my stupidity...
P.S. I've said it before but I freaking love this engine! In 5 weeks of using it I have achieved 6 months worth of work at a higher quality standard than the engine I was using before. Good job at making an awesome engine. I really look forward to where it is going with improvements down the line. I am very pleased how you have an open roadmap for everyone to see and it isn't hidden away. From my short experience here you are very prompt at responding to questions and listening to community ideas as well as providing updates... That is fairly rare I find..
Currently EE is my favorite engine and I think current EE + CSGEditor + Occlusion Culling + Hardware instancing would literally be absolutely mind blowing. Not to mention all the other things you are doing and have already done.
Keep it up

RE: Esenthel Editor 2.0
Also Mac's Code Editor will now allow building Android apps (just like on Windows)

RE: Esenthel Editor 2.0
I dont't want to create a new topic so I've decided to write it here. Currently there is available EE_2.0_beta and my question is: can we release an application already (release on some market)?

RE: Esenthel Editor 2.0
If you do make V2 videos, can you please, please, talk and say what you are doing?
It's hard following just by watching the screen without knowing what's happening on the keyboard/mouse.
Especially for beginners, this will help 100%
Cheers

RE: Esenthel Editor 2.0
Also consider adding control mapping to options, ie changing/swapping functionality of MB1/2/3, space, ctrl etc.

RE: Esenthel Editor 2.0
EE 2.0 is almost complete, so in 1-2 days I'm increasing its price.
Owners of 1.0 license will be able to upgrade to 2.0 at current 99$ price (you will need to contact me directly and ask for PayPal link as in the Store there will be only one, bigger price).

Indeed
Alright, I'm getting out of the shadows..
Anyway, just bought EE2.0 and there's an option to set Computer ID for the licence.. Can this be changed later on? I understand it's a per seat licence, but can I use it on more than one computer, but only one at a time?
I'm planning on getting a new machine soon-ish, so can I start using it now, or should I wait and set it to that ID?
