I assume after purchase of EE I receive license key on my email and when I'll enter the key in EE Editor it will generate my computer ID and only on my computer with this ID I'll be able to use this license (key)?

The way it works is only 1 computer at a time can use the license but you can always switch it between computers. So basically it is a 1 seat "at a time" license.

You can change the computer ID in the store, so you can change the computer you are using EE on. There's no limit to changes, it's possible to switch back and forth between something like a desktop and laptop.
