I take it you are using a single light source for each of the candle stands and a short light range on the wall lights. Looks very effective!

i'm use all Light Points, fog and bloom and no ambient,clouds,sun and sky

If your game world is already "existing for a long time", you could add some more small objects to make the world look more "aged", like some broken planks, barrels, sacks at the mill, chopped trees, a wheel from a broken cart here and there
