What steps are needed to be followed in order to install Esenthel on Windows 10 Home ?

If speaking about latest EE release - then it's the same as on older Windows versions.
You have "Legacy License Owner" status, what version of EE do you have?

Esenthel Engine 2.0

I am getting lots of dll missing errors after extracting the Esenthel 2.0.7z and double clicking the "Esenthel 64.exe" file located within the extracted "Esenthel 2.0" folder.
Some are related to DiectX, since the term DirectX gets mentioned in some missing
dll error messages. What prerequisites do I have to install in order to run the "Esenthel 64.exe" file on Windows 10 Home ?

Yes, installation of DirectX resolved the situation.
