Actually I've just tried downloading the files on my phone manually through browser. And it downloads fine.
Does anyone else having this problem when using the Esenthel installer?
Maybe it's just your firewall or Antivirus blocking access?

I can't try it on laptop at the moment, I'm travelling right now (at the airport) I'll test this as soon as I arrive.
