hey, no steam is not required, as you can download it here directly, under the store section.

no i believe you have to decide if you want to sub for no source or souce, you can aswell pay monthly.

I could offer an upgrade paid by PayPal, the discount would be calculated proportionally to how many days you still have the yearly binary license remaining.

Something like that:
Discount = 114$ * days left / 365 days in a year.

(this applies only to yearly binary bought from http://www.esenthel.com/?id=store using PayPal, it does not apply to monthly binary, or to purchases made through Steam)
