Hi,

What is the best setting for baking AO ? I have tried couple of combinations on the given setting dialog box but i am not getting proper AO per vertex. It is either getting to dark or white, it does not have any effect on surface, edges or bottom/top brightness effect etc.. I must be doing something wrong. Could you please provide a sample or a small tutorial to bake AO properly.

Are you.. asking about AO in Blender?

I recommend the default settings.
It's per vertex, so it will work well depending if you have reasonable spread of vertexes on your mesh.
