-added option to scale bone position keys in animation editor
-animation reload has the option to delete keys at the end
-replaced animation editor root "2 keys" option with "smooth rot/pos"
-improved precision of animation editor root "set movement" when used together with "set rotation"
-improved precision of animation reduction keyframes optimization
-changed 'Starts,Contains,ContainsAny,ContainsAll' to always return true if test string is null or has no words
