I have 2 machines,
One can run esenthel installer and engine properly, call this one "COM1"
Another (called COM2) can't run installer, here is the error box

   

on COM2, old version of engine still can be opened (esenthel.exe), then I copy All files of Esenthel engine from COM1 to COM2 (Replace all). But after that, COM2 can't run both engine and installer.

The same error box appears. I googled but no use.

What version of Windows do you have on both computers?
Do you have Visual Studio installed on both computers?

I will investigate this.

Both of them have VS2019 installed

Additional information:
COM1 has an ATI card while COM2 only has Intel Graphic Card. But esenthel (both engine and installer) was runnable in COM2 before update
Infact, I have a COM3 which is almost the same as COM1 and it use NVIDIA card, everything working fine

Can you tell me the Windows OS version on your computers please?

Your screen says "© 2017", perhaps it just needs updating to a newer Win10 OS version.

I've just tested running on around 4 laptops.
All with Win10 worked fine (they have some of the recent versions), but one with Win8.1 failed with the same error as yours.
