What to do?

Required Visual Studio components are listed here:

But most likely you don't need UWP, so in Esenthel Builder try using just:
Compile Windows 64 DX 11
instead of
Compile Windows All
to skip UWP

The issue was resolved by installing UWP.
And Compile Windows 64 DX 11 only.
