Window Security deletes Titan Editor.exe
I have to disable Windows "Virus & Thread Protection" to prevent Titan Editor.exe from being deleted. this happens only after I installed stable binary build. I wonder what causes this. This have never happened before.
"Virus & Thread Protection" reactivates everytime Windows restart sothat it is so frustrating because of this

RE: Window Security deletes Titan Editor.exe
I've submitted to Microsoft, but to speed up things, you can report it too:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission
select:
"Software Developer"
"Incorrectly detected as malware/malicious"
"Software Assurance ID (SAID)" can be left empty
I've had some problems about this with MS Defender, after I've updated the Application Icon lol.

RE: Window Security deletes Titan Editor.exe
This is what I got from Microsoft just now:
Quote:At this time, the submitted files do not meet our criteria for malware or potentially unwanted applications. The detection has been removed. Please follow the steps below to clear cached detections and obtain the latest malware definitions.
1. Open command prompt as administrator and change directory to c:\Program Files\Windows Defender
2. Run “MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures”
3. Run "MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate"
Alternatively, the latest definition is available for download here: https://docs.microsoft.com/microsoft-365...-antivirus
