Thats a overlay shading, quite alike the overlay in photoshop just with a set of color sets added.

Perhaps you can try it with the 2D shader.
There is always evil somewhere, you just have to look for it properly.

2D shader should work, its all you need. Of course if you want it really advanced you do it screen depth based.
