I've just built the tutorial called "fast shadows", how can i make an exe file of it?

That's what building is for. Search your project folder for "*.exe" (without quotes) and it should be there.

Just remembered that you said you were building a tutorial, it should be called Tutorials.exe in the Tutorials folder then.
