Disable Physics in WorldManager::update()
I've noticed that it is not possible to use the WorldManager and update the physics on your own as the WorldManager does it for you in its update() method. Is it possible to add an option to the WorldManager to enable/disable the physics simulation when calling WorldManager::update(). This will allow people to update physics on their own when they choose, but still be able to use the WorldManager.
