Hi, my subscription keeps auto-checking itself. I already paid 2 monthly subscribes that i DID NOT want. Yesterday I logged in, and un-checked the subscribe box. I restarted my browser, verified it, it was still unchecked.

Today, I wanted to check it again. The subscribe box as ticked. Again. Naturally, I am very unhappy with this. Am I doing something wrong? I want to cancel my monthly subscription, and I did it twice already, but still the payment was made as the tick re-appeared.

Please do something about this.

The checkbox allows you to select whether you want to purchase a recurring license, or one-off license (for 1 month only), it affects only new purchases, it is next to the buy button and affects only the buy button.
If you want to cancel a subscription, you need to go to the PayPal website.
