World Editor: Steep option
Hi Esenthel,

please have a look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQV1SBngVKw&t=300 (from Hero Engine)

I think this "Too Steep option" is a wonderful addition to the World Editor. Maybe in addition to a parameter of the maximum slope angle that is walkable, this would help alot when designing a terrain and define where a player is able to walk.

Kind regards
BlackHornet

Path mode supports this. Check the menu. Although angle is not configurable

RE: World Editor: Steep option
Ok then I have two things, that is bad for working effective:
1st: you cannot define the max slope angle for walking areas
2nd: you have to repaint the path after every change, and cannot see the changes while editing the terrain itself

would be really cool if this could be added someday, I think this would be a really great improvement...in addition to a possibility of changing this Controller value too ^^

btw, something different to this: What about a max_step_height value? for example if a tree lies on the ground, where the character should be able to walk over (physically)...a max_step_height should be set?
shall i put it into a new thread?
